As part of the 15th ICBT&ET 2026, we offer an opportunity to present a scientific and technical information session (including promotional presentations by participating companies) during the thematic sessions held on 19–21 October 2026. The sessions will be moderated by a designated chairperson.

  2. Company Presentation during the Scientific & Technical Information Session                     PLN 1,000
    (or a commercial/product presentation, 12–15 minutes)
  3. Advertisement in the Conference Materials                                                                               PLN 1,000
    (published in the Scientific Journal of the Institute of Power Engineering and Turbomachinery,
    Silesian University of Technology, ISBN, ISSN,
    provided in PDF format on an electronic medium.
    Advertisements should be prepared by the interested companies,
    2–6 pages in length, and submitted to the Organizing Committee
    as a PDF file by 30 September 2026.)

In the case of selecting all forms of company presentation, the total package price is:                       PLN 6,000

Company advertising services are subject to 23% VAT.

The exhibition stands (boxes) will be located in the hotel foyer surrounding the conference rooms. Company promotional materials may be displayed at the stand or, upon request, inserted into conference bags together with other conference materials distributed to participants during registration.

Installation of exhibition stands and equipment must be completed on:
